Many calculators use general formulas—age, income, and broad multipliers—to estimate value. Those tools can be misleading because they usually don’t account for the evidence realities that matter locally, such as:
- Multiple parties involved in regional crashes (drivers, employers, contractors, or property owners)
- Lane changes, speed, and traffic patterns that affect liability arguments
- Witness availability in busy corridors where memories fade quickly
- Documentation gaps that can happen when families are dealing with urgent funeral and medical logistics
In other words, the “math” online is only as good as the proof behind it. Our role is to identify what can be proven—and what can’t—so the case is valued based on evidence, not guesses.
