Many online tools are built around broad assumptions. They may estimate a range based on wage history and injury type, but they usually can’t “see” the issues that frequently change outcomes in real Texas claims, such as:
- whether the injury was reported promptly and matched to the correct event
- whether your symptoms were documented consistently from the start
- whether your treating records support work-related causation
- whether you reached medical stabilization before negotiations
In other words, a calculator can help you understand the components that matter—but it can’t replace a review of your records.
