Most online tools can’t see the facts of your claim file. They don’t know:
- whether your injury was first reported promptly
- what the treating provider documented (and when)
- whether your job duties match the type of injury claimed
- whether you received the right treatment and follow-up care
- what restrictions were recommended and how consistently they were recorded
In a smaller community like Brenham, details sometimes travel—work timelines, who witnessed what, and whether there are inconsistencies between your statements and the medical record. That doesn’t automatically mean you’re wrong. It does mean your documentation matters more than a generic estimate.
