Online tools may ask for your wage, date of injury, and injury type. That’s helpful for rough budgeting, but it can’t account for issues that Ohio adjusters commonly dispute, such as:
- whether the injury is medically supported as related to the work event
- whether your treatment timeline matches the symptoms you reported
- whether restrictions were documented by a provider and tied to impairment
- whether your earnings history and job duties reflect the real wage basis
In other words, a calculator may produce a number, but the number can miss what matters most to Ohio decisions: the credibility and completeness of the record.
