- How quickly you got evaluated after the incident (and whether the first records match your later symptoms)
- Whether your employer’s incident report lines up with what you told medical providers
- Whether your restrictions reflect what you can actually do day-to-day (important when you’re trying to return to work)
- Whether there’s a clear work connection for conditions that develop over time (common with repetitive stress injuries)
A calculator may be useful for planning questions for your attorney, but it shouldn’t be treated like a promise of a payout.
