- additional payments tied to disability findings, restrictions, or permanency (when applicable)
- a negotiated resolution when the parties reach agreement about what’s owed
That’s why a calculator may show a range, but your real outcome is tied to your claim file. If your injury is still changing, any “estimate” you see online may not reflect the final picture.
