Most online tools use generalized assumptions. They may estimate wage-loss replacement, medical costs, or disability-related value, but they usually can’t read the evidence that controls your outcome—things like:
- the exact description in your incident report
- whether your medical provider clearly links the condition to work
- whether you missed treatment or were delayed in reporting symptoms
- whether your work restrictions match what your doctor says you can safely do
In California, workers’ compensation disputes are often won or lost on documentation and medical credibility—not on what an online estimate “predicts.”
