A calculator is helpful when you already know the basics of your situation and you’re trying to estimate categories like:
- medical bills and follow-up care
- wage loss (including missed shifts and reduced hours)
- out-of-pocket expenses
- property damage
But a calculator can’t “see” the things that insurers and attorneys in Washington focus on—especially in commercial truck cases where fault may involve more than one party (driver, employer, or others involved in operations).
Use it to build a draft list of damages you should document—not to predict a final settlement number.
