In northern Minnesota, crashes don’t just happen on one kind of road. Depending on the location—commuter corridors, highway interchanges, or rural routes—evidence can disappear quickly.
After a commercial truck crash, key items may be time-sensitive:
- Dashcam / event data (if available) and any electronic logging information
- Maintenance and inspection records tied to the vehicle’s condition
- Scene measurements and photos (road conditions, signage, debris placement)
- Witness statements from people who saw the crash near workplaces, gas stations, or roadway pull-offs
A calculator can’t replace this early evidence. But the better your documentation, the more realistic any settlement estimate becomes.
