A calculator is useful for organizing your losses—medical bills, mileage to appointments, time missed from work, and other out-of-pocket expenses. In many cases, it can also help you think ahead about future treatment.
But calculators can’t account for the two things that most often change value:
- What the evidence proves in your specific case (photos, witness statements, truck logs/maintenance records, and crash reports)
- How Georgia law and insurance positions affect settlement leverage
In other words: treat an estimate as a starting point, not a promise.
