Many online tools estimate settlement value by asking for inputs like medical costs, wage loss, and injury severity. That can help you organize your losses.
But calculators can’t see what insurers in Florida will scrutinize, such as:
- whether your treatment timeline matches the crash
- how well your medical records document diagnoses and limitations
- whether another party (employer, property owner, maintenance vendor) shares responsibility
- how comparative fault arguments might reduce recovery
In other words, the “number” from a calculator is only as useful as the evidence you can back up.
