In many Graham-area truck wrecks, the driver is only one piece of the story. Commercial driving is tied to schedules, dispatch instructions, loading practices, and maintenance systems. When a collision happens, the company may already have a playbook: rapid reporting, internal investigations, and insurance teams working to narrow the claim.
Our job is to slow that down and make sure the evidence and the narrative don’t get set without you. That often means looking at:
- Whether the driver was working within the scope of the job (which can pull the employer into the claim)
- Whether the truck was properly maintained and inspected
- Whether cargo weight, securement, or trailer condition contributed to the crash
- Whether policies, route timing, or fatigue pressures played a role
