Northern Minnesota truck wrecks frequently involve conditions that make fault harder to pin down without fast action:
- Long stretches of highway driving where speed, following distance, and reaction time matter more than people realize
- Seasonal hazards (snowpack, black ice, freeze–thaw potholes, low visibility) that can turn a minor mistake into a catastrophic impact
- Work-zone and industrial traffic patterns where multiple contractors and vehicles may be involved in a single incident
In many truck cases, the most important evidence is controlled by the trucking side—driver logs, electronic data, inspection records, dispatch information. If it isn’t preserved quickly, it can be lost or “cycled out.” Our job is to step in early, identify what data exists, and take steps to keep it from disappearing.
