Many online tools for a TBI payout are built around generalized assumptions—like time in the hospital or whether imaging showed something dramatic.
In real South Florida cases, that’s often incomplete. A person may have:
- concussion-type symptoms without a clear scan result,
- symptoms that evolve after returning to work or school,
- functional limits that show up in missed shifts, mistakes, or inability to maintain normal routines,
- disputes about whether symptoms were caused by the incident or by another event.
A calculator can’t weigh those issues. What it can do is prompt you to gather the right documentation so your claim is evaluated on evidence.
