- Whether your treatment plan was followed (and why gaps exist, if any)
- Whether functional limits are supported by medical notes and work restrictions
- How liability is argued—especially when fault is disputed
A calculator can be a starting point. But it can’t capture factors like conflicting accounts at the scene, delayed treatment due to scheduling or access to care, or symptoms that worsen after the initial emergency visit.
