Most online tools use simplified assumptions (like time missed from work or whether imaging was abnormal). But TBI evidence doesn’t always fit neat formulas.
In many Conway cases, the dispute isn’t whether someone was hurt—it’s whether the injury was:
- caused by the accident (not a pre-existing condition or another event), and
- serious enough to justify ongoing treatment and work restrictions.
That’s why a calculator may feel useful early on, but it can’t replace a lawyer’s job of building a proof-based evaluation from your records.
