Local life can make it harder to “pause” after a diagnosis. Many people in our community:
- manage care for children or aging relatives (often while still working),
- travel to appointments across East Texas, and
- deal with rising out-of-pocket costs long before insurance outcomes are clear.
When talc exposure is part of that story, you may need more than information—you may need a strategy for documenting what happened, identifying which products were involved, and figuring out which parties could be held responsible under Texas law.
