We commonly hear from people who used baby powder or talc-containing personal care products for years—often as part of routine household care. In the Central Valley, it’s also not unusual for families to buy products in bulk, keep them in storage, or use multiple brands over time.
That matters legally, because the strongest claims usually depend on:
- Which product(s) were used (brand and type)
- How exposure happened (how it was applied and how often)
- When exposure occurred and for how long
- What medical condition followed and how it was diagnosed
If you no longer have the original container, that doesn’t automatically end your options. In many cases, we help reconstruct product identity using receipts (when available), packaging photos, household records, pharmacy or retail purchase history, and testimony from caregivers.
