Most calculators are built from broad averages. They typically can’t factor in the issues that often decide outcomes in Texas cases, such as:
- Whether the medical records clearly connect the incident mechanism to the spinal injury
- How quickly treatment was sought and documented after the event
- Whether there are gaps between ER visits, imaging, specialist care, and rehab
- The impact of injury on work schedules common in the Paris area (including shift work and physically demanding roles)
A calculator may suggest a range, but it can’t replace the work of compiling records, identifying liability evidence, and anticipating insurer defenses.
