Most calculators assume broad averages. But a Kyle claim is rarely average. Factors that commonly change case value include:
- How the injury was caused (for example, high-impact vehicle crashes near faster commuting routes, or workplace events involving equipment/falls)
- Whether symptoms were documented early (ER notes, imaging, and follow-up neurology)
- The completeness of your medical causation story (how providers connect the incident to the neurological findings)
- Insurance coverage and policy limits involved in the incident
In other words, a calculator can’t reliably predict how an insurer will respond when liability and medical causation are disputed—or when your future care needs become clearer only after rehabilitation.
