Many tools online are built for “average” scenarios. But spinal cord injuries don’t behave like averages, and your case value usually depends on details adjusters will scrutinize:
- How quickly you were evaluated after the incident and whether symptoms were documented consistently.
- Whether treatment escalated in a way that matches the injury timeline (ER → imaging → specialists → rehab).
- What your neurological findings show over time (including whether impairments persist or complications develop).
- Whether liability is disputed—common when injuries are catastrophic and responsibility is contested.
A calculator may give you a rough range, but it can’t measure the strength of your medical record or how clearly your damages connect to the event.
