Many online tools are built from generalized averages. They can’t fully account for the details that matter most in a serious spinal injury claim, such as:
- Whether your neurological findings match the incident mechanism (for example, a high-impact collision vs. a low-speed event)
- How quickly you were evaluated after the injury
- Whether complications occurred (repeat imaging, infections, surgeries, or extended rehab)
- The practicality of long-term care in your specific situation (mobility equipment, home modifications, caregiver needs)
In short: a calculator may help you understand categories of damages, but it can’t reliably predict what a settlement will look like for your medical profile.
