Online tools can be useful for understanding the categories that often appear in settlement discussions, but they can’t account for the realities that insurers will scrutinize in New Hampshire claims:
- How quickly treatment began after the incident (and whether records clearly connect symptoms to the mechanism of injury)
- Whether the injury is complete vs. incomplete, which can dramatically affect future care needs
- What your daily life looks like now—especially if you can’t return to your prior routine or job
- How fault is argued when roadway conditions, speed, lane position, or signal timing are disputed
In practice, the “settlement number” depends on documentation quality and credibility. A calculator can’t replace that.
