Many online tools use simplified assumptions: broad injury categories, generic recovery timelines, and average cost estimates. Those can be useful for early budgeting, but they often miss the details that matter most in real San Jacinto cases—such as:
- How quickly you were evaluated after the incident (and what the first imaging/notes showed)
- Whether your treatment plan escalated appropriately (specialty care, rehab, assistive devices)
- The presence of complications that can change both prognosis and costs
- Whether liability is contested—common when there are multiple vehicles, unclear witness accounts, or disputed fault
In other words, a calculator doesn’t “see” the evidentiary story your claim must tell.
