In this area, catastrophic injuries frequently trace back to two patterns:
- High-volume driving and commuter traffic. Serious crashes can happen during rush windows and weekend congestion, including collisions involving commercial vehicles, rideshares, and out-of-town drivers.
- Falls in everyday places. Suburban life includes stairs, garages, icy walkways, retail entrances, and job sites. A single fall can cause a traumatic spinal injury—especially when a hazard was known (or should have been known) and not addressed.
The “what happened” matters, but so does the “why it happened” and whether it was preventable. Our job is to turn that into proof.
