Online tools can be helpful for getting a rough sense of categories of damages, but they can’t “see” the details that matter most in real Huntington cases—things like:
- whether the incident happened during a high-traffic commute window or around construction detours
- how clearly fault is supported by the police report, witness accounts, and scene evidence
- the timing and consistency of medical treatment after the wreck
- whether your injuries affected your ability to work in a physically demanding job (common across the region)
When those facts aren’t captured in a calculator, the output can be misleading—either too low (because future treatment isn’t reflected) or too high (because insurers often challenge causation or shared fault).
