Many online tools are built around averages. That can be useful, but it often misses the details that matter most in local claims—like:
- How the crash happened on Athens-area roads (turning movements, lane changes, and sudden stops can affect liability)
- How your injuries show up after the first few visits (some motorcycle injuries worsen as inflammation and nerve symptoms develop)
- Whether your treatment matches your reported limitations (insurers frequently look for gaps or delayed care)
- Whether fault is disputed (even a small disagreement about responsibility can change settlement leverage)
In other words, a calculator may give you a “range,” but it can’t review your medical records, photos, witness information, or the exact version of events the other driver’s insurer is using.
