Irmo has a mix of residential streets and high-traffic corridors where motorcycles often share the road with commuters. Crashes during peak travel times can create unique evidence and liability problems:
- Dash camera and surveillance coverage: More vehicles on the road can mean more potential footage—but also more conflicting timelines.
- Intersection disputes: Many crashes turn into fault battles about who had the right-of-way and whether a driver “saw or should have seen” the motorcycle.
- Insurance adjusters move quickly: Early statements and early medical documentation can strongly affect how an insurer frames causation and severity.
A calculator won’t resolve those disputes. It can only estimate value using assumptions. Your evidence and documentation determine which assumptions are supported.
