Most online tools are built on averages. They may ask you to enter injury severity, treatment length, and wage loss—but they typically can’t account for the details that decide outcomes in real Pennsylvania disputes, such as:
- How quickly you were treated after the crash (and how your symptoms were documented)
- Whether the other driver’s insurer argues the injury was caused by something else
- Comparative fault arguments (even if you feel the other driver was clearly responsible)
- Whether your medical records show functional limitations—like reduced ability to work, drive, or perform daily tasks
- Policy limits and whether multiple insurers may be involved
In other words, a calculator can help you frame questions. It can’t evaluate the evidence your claim will stand on.
