Many online tools estimate value using averages. That approach can be misleading if your case has factors that are common in real-world motorcycle claims, such as:
- Conflicting accounts from the first 24–72 hours (often after drivers give recorded statements)
- Delayed reporting of symptoms—not because injuries weren’t real, but because people hope they’ll improve
- Comparative fault disputes that can reduce settlement value even when the other driver caused the crash
- Gaps in treatment due to scheduling, transportation, or insurance friction
In Oklahoma, insurers frequently look for reasons to argue your injuries were caused by something else, worsened by later events, or tied to a shared-fault theory. A calculator won’t model those legal arguments.
