Many motorcycle crashes in the area happen in predictable, “everyday” traffic moments: turning movements, sudden lane changes, late braking, and drivers not fully accounting for a motorcycle’s position in fast-moving lanes.
That matters because insurers frequently argue about two things:
- Who had the duty and ability to avoid the crash (liability)
- What injuries were caused by the crash (causation)
A calculator can’t see whether the other driver’s statement matches the physical evidence, whether timing supports your version of events, or whether your treatment records show a consistent injury story. Those issues are especially common when crashes occur quickly and witnesses are limited.
