A calculator usually estimates a range based on inputs like medical treatment, wage loss, and injury severity. That’s useful when you’re trying to plan your next steps.
However, calculators can’t review the documents that Florida insurers rely on:
- Medical records that connect your injuries to the crash
- Photos/video from the scene or nearby cameras
- Police report details (and any inconsistencies)
- Evidence that supports how the collision happened at a specific time and location
In other words, a tool can’t verify whether your case will be treated as clear-liability or disputed-liability, and those differences often matter more than people expect.
