Many motorcycle collisions locally involve predictable “friction points”:
- Left-turning vehicles at busy intersections where a driver misjudges closing speed.
- Lane changes and merging during commute hours.
- Sudden braking from vehicles ahead, especially when a rider has limited time to react.
- Low-visibility conditions (glare, dusk lighting, or weather) that affect perception and stopping distance.
A calculator can’t read the dashcam, interpret signal timing, or analyze whether a driver had time to avoid the crash. That’s why two people with similar injuries can receive very different outcomes—liability facts often vary more than riders expect.
