Most online settlement tools work off generic injury categories and average outcomes. They can’t review:
- your photos of the scene (signals, lane markings, debris, crosswalk visibility)
- the police report quality and how it frames fault
- your medical timeline (what was reported at first visit versus later)
- how the other side argues causation (common after rear-end or turning collisions)
In other words, a calculator can’t see the evidence story that decides whether an insurer treats your losses as minor and temporary—or as a real, provable impact on your life.
