Most calculators estimate value by using inputs like injury severity, medical bills, and lost income. That can be useful if you’re trying to understand the categories that usually affect settlements.
But a calculator often can’t account for issues that show up frequently in Southern California motorcycle crashes, such as:
- Disputed fault when a driver says they “saw you late” or claims they were turning/entering traffic lawfully
- Low-visibility conditions (glare, evening commute lighting, or debris on roadway)
- Gaps in treatment caused by delays in getting appointments, referrals, or imaging
- Commuter-time dynamics, where videos and witness memories don’t match exactly once days or weeks pass
In other words, a tool can help you ask better questions—but it can’t replace a case review that connects your crash evidence to your medical documentation.
