Most calculators work by taking inputs like injury type, medical costs, and lost wages, then producing a range. That can be a starting point—especially if you’re trying to understand what “categories of damages” usually matter.
In practice, however, two things can make results less reliable in Alhambra:
- Injury documentation timelines: If treatment is delayed or records are inconsistent, insurers may argue injuries weren’t caused by the crash.
- Fault disputes at busy intersections: Motorcycle crashes frequently involve conflicting accounts about turn signals, lane position, and right-of-way—issues that can swing a settlement dramatically.
A calculator can’t review police reports, dashcam/video, hospital notes, or whether the other side is likely to argue shared fault. That’s why it’s best viewed as a tool for questions—not a promise.
