Motorcycle cases don’t fit neatly into a single formula. Two riders can suffer the same injury diagnosis and end up with very different settlement results because insurers weigh:
- Causation evidence (what proves the crash led to the injuries)
- Liability arguments (fault disputes are common when a crash happens quickly)
- Medical timeline (Arizona insurers scrutinize gaps and inconsistencies)
- Policy limits and coverage structure (what money is actually available to pay)
That’s why a “calculator” may produce a range, but it can’t account for what an adjuster will focus on once your claim file is reviewed.
