Many online tools rely on broad averages. Eufaula cases often diverge from those averages because of:
- Seasonal traffic shifts: summer and event periods can increase congestion, changing how drivers react and what witnesses notice.
- Roadway familiarity vs. hazards: even careful riders can get hit where drivers may be less attentive, especially near areas where vehicles slow, turn, or merge.
- Evidence conditions: lighting, weather, and whether there’s nearby footage (dash cams, nearby homes/businesses) can heavily affect what insurers accept.
A calculator can’t see these local realities. It also can’t read your medical records. That means the “number” it generates may be less useful than understanding which losses you can prove and which defenses the insurer is likely to raise.
