In our region, chemical exposure claims often involve situations residents recognize—places where chemicals are stored, used, mixed, or cleaned up:
- Home and apartment remediation (such as cleaning after leaks, pest control follow-ups, or basement cleanup)
- Workplace incidents for trades and industrial employers in/around the Green Bay area—maintenance, fabrication, landscaping, and warehouse work
- Improper ventilation or rushed cleanups, especially when strong fumes are present and workers or residents are told to “air it out”
- Product misuse or unclear warnings, including misunderstood labeling or missing safety guidance
In many cases, the first symptoms appear on-site: burning eyes or skin, coughing, shortness of breath, dizziness, or headaches. But the harder part is what happens after you go home—when symptoms return, worsen, or expand to new body systems.
