Many claims in the Inland Empire don’t involve dramatic factory explosions. They involve real-life scenarios such as:
- Apartment or home remediation after a leak, smoke or water damage, or mold treatment
- Janitorial or maintenance work using strong disinfectants or degreasers in enclosed spaces
- Landscaping, pest control, and pool maintenance where chemicals are stored, mixed, or applied improperly
- Construction and renovation where solvents, adhesives, sealants, or cleaning agents are used without adequate ventilation
- Vehicle or equipment-related contamination, including spills during transport or loading/unloading
When exposure occurs during these routine activities, the injured person may be pressured to “move on” quickly—while the underlying safety failures (improper storage, missing labeling, inadequate ventilation, incorrect dilution, or lack of PPE) are still fixable and documentable.
