Many exposures in our area aren’t “movie-level” incidents. They’re commonly tied to:
- Residential and rental cleanups after plumbing failures, mold-related remediation, or wildfire/smoke cleanup
- Construction and maintenance work where products like solvents, adhesives, sealants, degreasers, pool chemicals, and coating materials are used in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces
- On-the-job exposures in warehouses, equipment service areas, and facilities that store or handle chemicals as part of normal operations
In Chino Valley, the suburban-residential layout can also create complications—chemicals used at a property may affect nearby family members, tenants, or coworkers who share the same building systems (like HVAC/airflow routes).
