Most online tools are built for generic scenarios. Murphy-area burn cases are rarely “generic” because burn outcomes are driven by details such as:
- whether the burn involves hands, face, joints, or sensitive areas (often tied to function and scarring)
- whether there was heat, chemical exposure, or electrical contact
- whether there’s inhalation injury from smoke or fumes (sometimes symptoms show up later)
- how consistent treatment was after the incident (burns can deepen or complications can appear)
A calculator may give a rough range for medical bills and pain, but it usually can’t weigh the evidence that matters most in real negotiations—documented treatment, timelines, and prognosis.
