Most AI tools are built to output a number or a rough range using general assumptions. They can’t review:
- Washington-specific evidence requirements and how they’re applied in negotiations
- incident reports, witness statements, and medical causation details
- whether the defense is likely to contest duty, foreseeability, or the link between the incident and death
- policy limits, coverage defenses, or the practical posture of the insurer handling the claim
If the tool doesn’t know what happened in Issaquah—how the collision occurred, what documentation exists, which party is insured, and what the medical records actually show—its “estimate” can mislead you into thinking your case is stronger or weaker than it really is.
