Many online tools use general patterns to suggest a “range.” That may sound helpful, but it often breaks down in real Taylor cases—particularly when the incident involves:
- Commuter traffic and rapid lane changes on busy corridors
- Night driving and limited visibility (headlights, glare, weather)
- Intersection conflicts where multiple parties may argue about right-of-way
- Follow-on complications when someone survives briefly after an initial injury
When the facts are disputed, an AI calculator can’t evaluate what police reports actually show, what witnesses can credibly testify to, or whether medical records support causation.
An estimate can be a starting point for questions—but it should not become the basis for decisions about accepting a settlement too early.
