Most AI tools build numbers from broad assumptions. That can be useful for rough brainstorming, but it often misses the kinds of details that matter in Texas wrongful death disputes, such as:
- How the collision happened (speed, lane position, braking distance, signal timing, weather/visibility)
- Whether fault is disputed (multiple vehicles, shared negligence, claims of “sudden emergency”)
- What records exist immediately (dashcam/video, 911 logs, witness statements, medical timelines)
- Insurance coverage issues (policy limits, exclusions, and whether claims are being evaluated as “disputed”)
A calculator can’t review police reports, medical records, or obtain technical evidence. And it can’t predict how an insurer will frame causation—especially when liability is contested.
