Most online tools are built to produce a “range” using the details you type in. They generally can’t see the evidence that matters most in real claims—things like:
- whether the crash reconstruction supports your version of events
- how insurance views fault in a multi-party incident
- what emergency responders documented at the scene
- whether medical records clearly link injuries to the death
- how Texas courts and juries may view credibility and causation
In practice, two families can enter the same inputs into an AI tool and still face very different outcomes, because the proof and liability posture are never identical.
