AI tools can be helpful for understanding categories of damages, but they don’t see the realities that drive outcomes in real Spartanburg cases—like roadway conditions, visibility, medical causation disputes, or conflicting incident reports.
In the Upstate, many fatal claims involve questions such as:
- What happened right before impact (speed, braking, lane position, distracted driving)
- Whether a factor was actually causal or merely present
- How quickly records were obtained (EMS reports, hospital records, scene documentation)
- What insurance coverage and policy language applies
A calculator can’t evaluate those issues. It also can’t measure how insurers typically respond when liability is contested or when the defense believes key evidence is missing.
