Most AI tools generate a “range” based on simplified inputs. That can be helpful as a starting point, but wrongful death value depends on factors that are rarely captured accurately by online questionnaires—especially in cases involving:
- Route 30 and other commuting corridors where speed, lane changes, and visibility disputes are common
- Work-zone conditions (construction signage, traffic control, timing of lights, lane closures)
- Pedestrian and crosswalk situations near higher-traffic areas
- Multiple-vehicle or multi-party incidents where fault gets allocated among several actors
When liability is contested—or when insurance companies argue causation or comparative fault—an AI estimate may not reflect the realities of negotiation.
