Many “AI wrongful death” tools try to generate a quick range based on generic inputs. In real cases in South Central Pennsylvania, those inputs often miss what matters most, including:
- How fault is actually allocated when more than one driver, contractor, or party may be involved
- Whether medical records support causation (what the injury led to, and when)
- What documents are missing early—police reports, incident scene photos, employment records, or witness statements
- Insurance posture and policy limits relevant to the parties involved
A calculator can’t review the reports from the scene, evaluate credibility of witnesses, or connect damages to what can be proven under Pennsylvania law. It’s best viewed as a starting point for questions—not a predictor of what an insurer will offer or what a court would allow.
