Moore’s mix of suburban neighborhoods and commuting routes means fatal incidents often unfold quickly and involve multiple moving parts—driver behavior, road conditions, vehicle systems, and witness accounts.
That’s one reason AI tools can be misleading in this context. A calculator can’t see whether:
- collision data supports the family’s timeline,
- skid marks, visibility, or speed factors align with reports,
- emergency response records match what was happening at the scene,
- a second vehicle, roadway hazard, or maintenance issue played a role.
When fault is disputed, even families with similar losses can see drastically different outcomes depending on how the evidence holds up.
